Backup and Monitoring Services

With backup services, customers can outsource the backups of their own systems to Huoltovarmuusdata. The backup services cover all customer backup needs, including processes, licenses, media, testing and monitoring. The data to be backed up may consist of virtual machines or files from physical servers. Backups are stored on a case-by-case basis in Huoltovarmuusdata’s systems, tape libraries and vaults.

The monitoring service enables centralized monitoring of the customer’s IT infrastructure. With monitoring services, it is possible to monitor physical and virtual servers, applications, networks, storage systems, databases and cloud service environments.

With monitoring services, customers can outsource system monitoring to Huoltovarmuusdata, which is responsible for the production of monitoring services, licenses and alarm processes.

Both backup services and system monitoring are produced in Huoltovarmuusdata’s high-security facilities by its own personnel.
