INTRODUCTION
Our services
Data center services include the placement of customer equipment in data halls protected against electromagnetic pulse (EMP) and high-power microwave (HPM) interference, as well as transport and storage services. Customers using data center services also have access to pre-installation and storage space, temporary relocation space and meeting facilities.
The purpose of managed operations services is to support the operation of customer systems by providing production or additional capacity, as well as storage, backup and monitoring services. Customer systems may be located in Huoltovarmuusdata’s data centers or in the customer’s own premises. Access to the data halls is monitored and controlled, and security clearances are conducted for everyone visiting the data centers.
Our Service Desk receives incident reports, service requests and orders in accordance with agreements. In fault and alarm situations, our on-call service enables 24/7 access to equipment facilities. The services meet high requirements for availability and security. With our services, customers can outsource their highest-security facility and service needs and quickly build a secure system architecture without making their own investments.
